We pride ourselves on the fact that we carry the same range of quality glasses as you find at a traditional "brick and mortar" shop, but we offer them for a much more affordable price.

We're also much more honest about the frame material quality than at a shop; in fact, we have applied a designated "Recommended Use" categorization for each and every frame in our collection. By looking at this, you can see whether the frame material is appropriate for constant, frequent, or occasional use. You can even use it as a search attribute to find your next frame. How's that for making an informed decision?

A: There are a number of reasons why we have chosen not to offer these designer brands:

• Prices: These frames are very expensive, due to all of the marketing and promotion expenses these brands need to invest in order to create "hype".
• Controlled distributions channels: Designer brands are focused on selling through high end shops to maintain an aura of exclusivity.
• Quality: The quality of the brand name frames that we offer is the same as the quality of expensive designer frames.
• Picture support: Our website has the best picture support for viewing frames on the web. We take all these pictures in-house for our entire selection of frames. Designer frames only offer a few pictures of rather poor quality; their sales strategy does not support web based selling.
• Philosophy: Our goal is to offer great quality fashionable frames and lenses for an amazingly affordable price to our customers. In our opinion, offering overpriced designer brand frames is not a good fit.

Once you have found your perfect frame, ordering is easy. Either click on the orange "Add Lenses" button while on the gallery page (left). Or if you're on the product detail page, click on the orange "Add to Cart - Select Lenses" button (right).

This will take you to the check out process, which is just a matter of filling in your prescription information, selecting your lens, and choosing your free accessories (and your upgrades if desired). Paying via our secure server can be done by going to your cart and clicking the orange "Proceed to Checkout" button.

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), PayPal, checks, and money orders.

Please be aware that if you choose to pay per check or money order, your order will be placed on hold until your payment has cleared. Any bounced checks are subject to a $45 processing fee.

If your eyes were measured by a licensed optometrist or optician, they are required by law to provide you a complete written prescription.

To see what the status of your order is, follow these steps:

3. Click on "Order History" in the left hand navigation menu.
4. Click on the + symbol below "Work Progress" to check the status of your frames.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer this service (called re-glazing).

We take many pictures for every frame in our collection, but what good are those pictures if they don't clearly display the frame?

Some frames in our collection had to be displayed on a darker background in order for you to see the frame and the details better. So, if you see a frame with a dark gray background, it simply means that we put in extra effort for you to see the frame exactly as it is.
